I used to live and work in Dartmouth in Devon. It and its environs are with out doubt one of the most beautiful places on earth. Devon in Spring is pure joy and every Bluebell wood is a joy beyond Joy
This is a five photo rehash of one of my old posts from 11 years ago.

If you're going to rehash anything, the beauty of the British countryside is probably a very good one to choose! I can practically smell the woodland air from those photos... Jx
ReplyDeleteI was going to do a new post on Bluebells and thought it might be jolly to revamp this one.
DeleteDartmouth is beautiful! So are Bluebell woods! Thank you for the memory.

Dartmouth and the River Dart are outstandingly beautiful. Agatha Christie's house, Greenway House was still lived in by the family and strictly private when I lived there but is now National Trust and open to the public. I would love to visit.
DeleteBluebells certainly are a joy - those Dartmouth 'bells especially so!
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Dartmouth, but perhaps I should. The first photo looks like it could be from somehwere abroad.
It is idyllic.
